Named due to it’s sawtooth rim profile and engineered for speed, ST/0 uses a carbon fibre rim of 50mm height at it’s greatest depth and 45mm at it’s shallowest, delivering aerodynamic gains with exceptional stability in crosswinds.
Purpose built; ST/0 was developed for all round riding and performance on all terrain. The rear wheel features sixteen cross sided carbon spokes for torsional stiffness under the most significant load on the drive side, paired with eight crossed spokes on the rotor side. ST/0’s front wheel is built with eight radial spokes on the drive side and sixteen crossed spokes on the rotor side. Our lacing pattern has been designed for optimal weight without compromising any performance or lateral stiffness under the most significant loads. Carbon spokes have been selected over steel counterparts for improved ride quality and performance, with greater power transfer and reduction of flex in sprints a factor of carbon spokes alongside road dampening, absorbing road imperfections for a smoother, more planted ride. Instant engagement comes from our in house 36t ratchet hub, resulting in rapid acceleration with market leading durability.
At 33.8mm wide at it’s widest with a 25mm internal rim width, the ST/0 rim is designed for use with 30mm tyres for optimal road performance. ST/0 leads the way in weight and stability together with a wide aero profile that simply delivers on speed on all terrain
