Our Deep Profile wheelsets are all about performance. If flat out speed is your objective then DP/0 is the wheelset for you. Built around a remarkably light and wide 65mm deep rim, DP/0 is your ultimate speed upgrade.
The objective in the creation of our Deep Profile wheelsets was simple; to create an exceptionally fast wheelset without compromise. DP/0 needed to be our fastest wheelset without sacrificing low weight, and to deliver on speed, stability, durability and aesthetics in a wheelset built for the fastest conditions.
DP/0 have been engineered around a 65mm deep rim that did not result in a ‘heavy’ wheelset, whilst also being compliant with modern UCI road rules. Starting with the rim profile, we utilised a wide U-shaped rim that would inspire confidence in handling and promote speed at all times. Spoke patterns and spoke models were considered, with our 5mm deep carbon spokes delivering the optimal balance of speed, weight and road dampening. Carbon spokes have been selected over steel counterparts for their improved ride quality and performance, with our extra deep carbon spokes absorbing road imperfections for a smoother, more planted ride and delivering unrivalled power transfer. Both the front and rear wheel are cross laced with ten spokes on each side and built into our in house hubs paired with TPI ceramic bearings. The rear hub is optimised with a 54t ratchet system for instant engagement.
At 34.2mm wide at it’s widest with a 26mm internal rim width, the DP/0 rim is designed for use with 30mm tyres for optimal road performance. Wide, light, and DEEP, DP/0 is at the cutting edge of modern performance wheelsets and is a major weapon for those who want to go fast!
